Athletes will be able to use The Ville on a per session basis. Our usage policy is simple… each time you use The Ville, no matter for how long, you will use 1 session. If you choose to attend one of our coached clinics, you will use 1 clinic session. If you choose to bring your own coach or parent and train during open gym time, you will use 1 open gym session.
Once you join The Ville, you will have access to our app. Inside the app you will be able to reserve spots in your desired session or open gym time.
Private coaching and small group sessions can be arranged at a negotiated rate. Please contact your specific coach for information.
If you are a high school coach and would like to use The Ville in season for practice (in the case of inclement weather), we have team passes available. Please contact Coach Patrick.

Membership Terms and Conditions
Payments will be made by credit card though The Ville website. For GOLD PROGRAMS, the monthly fee will start on the day of purchase and will automatically renew 1 day prior on the following month and will renew to the same card. You may cancel your membership at any time. IN ORDER TO STOP RECURRING PAYMENTS YOU MUST CANCEL MEMBERSHIP.
For Silver, Bronze, Open Gym and Day packages, purchases will be made by credit card on The Ville website. Visits will not expire and are non-refundable. When the visits have all been used, there will be no automatic renewal.
Any athlete under 18 years of age is not permitted to use The Ville without adult supervision. An adult is either a coach or parent that is inside the building during workout.
Athletes must provide their own water and towel for workouts.
Masks must be worn while in the gym but not while working out when the City of Lincoln is under a mask mandate.
Using pole vault, long jump or throws facilities in a manner that is unintended is strictly prohibited. Use of vault facilities for those under 18, without coach or parent will result in immediate termination of membership.
If you have been exposed to or had any symptom of COVID-19 in the past 14 days or if you become ill, cancel all reservations. Athlete is responsible to monitor their own symptoms. If you are positive for COVID-19, a membership pause can be granted.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop your Gold membership at any time with no restart penalty. Any cancellation of a gold plan is not subject to proration or refund. The Ville reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user for violation of gym rules.
Personal Injury Release
By purchasing this membership, I am aware, accepting and allowing my child to participate in activities at The Ville. In consideration of this acceptance, I understand that there is a possibility of injury even with the best coaching methods, equipment, and strict observance of the rules. I release The Ville and all coaches of any claims which may be presented on my part as a result of the injury.
Limitation of Liability
You are not subject to refund after any cancellation of a GOLD MEMBERSHIP. SILVER, BRONZE AND DAY passes do not expire and thus, are not subject to refund.
Changes To Terms and Conditions
Any photo that is taken at The Ville could be used on social media. The Ville is not responsible for user photos or tags but will ban users that use hate speech, inappropriate photos, inappropriate language or slander on any Ville Social media site. Any photos taken by The Ville or their affiliates can be posted on social media.
